The studio "Quarter 95" has created a new company - LLC "Quarter UA", refusing the participation of businessman Timur Mindich, who currently holds the status of a suspect in a corruption case. The winners noted that Mindich has no relation to the new company and confirmed that all future content projects will be created by this structure.
According to sources, the company "Quarter UA" was registered on November 11, 2025. It was founded by former members of "Quarter 95", including: Serhiy Shefir (54.5%), Iryna Pykalova (10.5%), and others. Iryna Pykalova remains as the director, having previously led the former company.
Distancing from the scandal
It should be noted that the new structure distanced itself from past scandals, which negatively impacted the studio's reputation due to criminal charges against Mindich. The company "Quarter 95" officially announced that all business relations with Timur Mindich have been severed, and his participation in management is not taking place.
Businessman Mindich, also known by the nickname "Karlson", is suspected of a number of serious crimes, including money laundering and participation in a criminal organization. According to information, the charges are based on data collected by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
Position of "Quarter 95"
In an official statement, the studio confirmed that apart from legal ties, Mindich has no influence on operational decisions or the workflow. The "Quarter 95" team continues to produce content, supporting the armed forces of Ukraine and social initiatives in the country.
The news of the registration of "Quarter UA" is yet another important step towards restoring the workflow amid the changing political situation and critical challenges.
