The studio "Quarter 95" has registered a new company named "Quarter UA", which, according to the press service, does not include businessman Timur Mindich, who is under sanctions. This news was confirmed by journalists from the publication "Detector Media".
Today it became known that the new structure serves as the legal reflection of the activities of "Quarter 95" and aims to create new content. The company "Quarter UA" was registered on November 11, 2025, and its director has once again become Irina Pikalova, who owns 10.5% of the company.
New Organizational Structure
Among other participants in "Quarter UA" are Sergey Shefir (54.5%), Sergey Kazanin (7%), Evgeny Koshevoy (7%), Yuri Krapov (7%), Roman Marov (7%), and Alexander Pikalov (7%). According to information, this company was created by a group of people who participated in the formation of "Quarter 95" from its inception.
In a comment to journalists, the studio noted that the sanctions against Mindich relate exclusively to his personal status and do not affect the production of content for "Quarter 95" or "Quarter UA". "Timur Mindich is not involved in the operational, creative, or managerial activities of 'Quarter 95'," the company stated.
Context of the Events
On November 11, 2025, it became known about the suspicions raised against Mindich by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). It is noted that he is suspected of creating and leading a criminal organization, as well as money laundering obtained through illegal means.
Despite the challenges faced by the studio "Quarter 95", it stated that it continues its activities in Ukraine, creating new projects and supporting the country's defense forces. The studio confirmed that all subsequent projects will focus on the new organizational structure of "Quarter UA".
