Sudden Weather Changes in Odesa Region
The Hydrometeorological Center of the Black and Azov Seas has declared a Level I danger for Odesa and the Odesa region due to challenging weather conditions on January 9th.

Meteorologists warn of a complex meteorological situation: a strong northwest wind with gusts of 17-22 m/s and ice slicks are expected. The air temperature in Odesa will be around 0°C, and in the northern part of the region - up to -6°C.
Warnings for the Population
City residents are advised to limit their movement, especially elderly people, children, and pregnant women. Drivers are urged to be extremely cautious due to the risk of reduced visibility and icy roads.
Transportation Situation
"Ukrzaliznytsia" has warned about possible train delays due to challenging weather conditions. As of the morning of January 9th, 42 trains have been delayed, including 18 long-distance and 24 suburban trains.
