In the night of today, February 16, Ukrainian territories once again became targets for Russian invaders. The attack was carried out using four anti-ship missiles "Zircon", the ballistic missile "Iskander-M", and also 62 strike unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of types "Shahed", "Gerbera", "Italmas", and others.

According to the data from the Air Force command, the Russian army launched attacks on 8 locations, with one missile and 9 UAV hits already recorded. Fortunately, Ukrainian air defense forces managed to shoot down two "Zircon" missiles and 52 UAVs, however, the threat remains relevant as hostile drones are still present in the airspace.

Drones also attack Moscow

It is worth noting that against the backdrop of the attacks on Ukraine, on Sunday, February 15, airports in Moscow were urgently closed due to a massive drone attack. The Mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin, stated that 18 drones were destroyed, and emergency services responded to the crash sites. Several airports, including "Domodedovo" and "Vnukovo", halted their operations due to the threat of new attacks.

As of 9:00, the air force team continues to monitor the situation and takes all necessary measures to protect Ukrainian territories. It is important to maintain vigilance and keep an information regime regarding the situation at the front.
