In Kharkiv on Sunday evening, November 23, a series of massive attacks by enemy drones were recorded. According to RBC-Ukraine, the city was hit hard, resulting in more than 15 explosions. The Mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, confirmed information about the attacks, warning citizens of the possibility of repeated strikes.

At 21:26 loud explosions were heard in Kharkiv, after which the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and monitoring channels sent warnings about approaching drones. Mayor Terekhov noted in his Telegram message: "Kharkiv was attacked by an enemy combat drone. Repeated strikes are possible - be careful."

According to preliminary data, one of the strikes occurred in the Shevchenkivskyi district, where, according to the mayor, there are casualties, including the confirmed death of one person. A fire broke out at the site of the drone impact. The head of the Kharkiv Regional Administration, Oleg Synegubov, also noted that attacks continue in various areas of the city, including a drone "arrival" in the Saltivskyi district.

According to local media reports, after the explosions, some areas of the city are experiencing power outages. It is noted that residents of Kharkiv heard sounds of explosions that could be heard from a great distance.

As of 21:41, the air alert map indicated a threat in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk regions. The situation remains tense, and local authorities advise residents to be cautious and follow updates from official sources.

This is not the first attack on Kharkiv in recent times. On the night of November 19, the city also suffered from a massive drone strike, resulting in damage to 16 residential buildings, a supermarket, a school, and an administrative building. During that shelling, 46 people were affected.
