Today, the tragic death of Ukrainian musician Lesyk Turko, also known as Oleg Turko, has been announced. The co-founder of the band "DZIDZIO" died at the age of 58. This was reported on Facebook by journalist Maria Panchyshyn, who expressed her condolences: "Our Lesyk Turko has passed away. I do not have the strength to write anything more."

Lesyk Turko was an iconic figure in the Ukrainian music scene. He gained popularity not only as a member of the band "DZIDZIO," but also as the author of the project "LesykSam." The last year of his life was filled with struggles against complex health issues. The artist underwent two serious surgeries and experienced clinical death.

In May 2024, Lesyk Turko underwent surgery, after which his condition gradually worsened. In December 2024, during a performance on stage, his heart suddenly stopped, and he was urgently hospitalized in the intensive care unit.

According to close friends, Turko suffered from serious heart diseases in recent years, and there were even suspicions of poisoning due to detected toxic substances in his body. This deteriorated his condition and made the artist's life even more difficult.

Despite all the health challenges, Lesyk continued to perform and share his music with his fans. He regularly participated in charity concerts aimed at supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which reflects his active life stance even in the toughest times.
