Today at the National Selection for "Eurovision-2026," singer Jerry Heil expressed her dissatisfaction with the show's organizers. She was outraged that her performance of the song "CATHARTICUS" would not be aired in its entirety.

In particular, Jerry Heil emphasized that she enjoyed working with the team to prepare a spectacular number, but the promise to showcase specially designed electric devices on screens was not fulfilled. "You will not see my performance in full on air - the way the directors created it," the singer noted on her Telegram channel.

The artist added that she plans to show the full version of her performance so that her fans can appreciate it in all its glory.

The situation surrounding funding

Earlier, Jerry Heil announced significant expenses for participating in "Eurovision-2024." She revealed that together with rapper alyona alyona, they spent up to $300,000 preparing for the competition, part of which was covered by "Public." But, according to her, the bulk of the funding fell on the artists themselves.

"A certain costume is provided by 'Public,' but if you want to work with a specific director, and in this rush, you don't have time to complete this artistic competition, we, for example, already have plans," shared Jerry Heil.

Comments and next steps

Jerry Heil also commented that she bears a huge social responsibility since she represents Ukraine in the international competition. "We constantly invested all our money to attract this audience," she added, emphasizing the importance of responsible statements.
