Today the news broke about the death of Lesyk Turko, a Ukrainian singer and co-founder of the band "DZIDZIO." The information regarding his death was shared by journalist Maria Panychishyn on social media.
Lesyk Turko (Oleg Myroslavovych Turko) left this world at the age of 59 after a long battle with health issues. According to his family and friends, over the past year, he underwent two serious surgeries and experienced clinical death. During a live performance in December 2024, the performer suddenly lost consciousness on stage at a concert by Natalia Buchynska in Lviv. Doctors present at the event provided first aid, and later the musician was taken to a hospital, where doctors attempted to save his life for several hours.
Lesyk Turko had already undergone a complex surgery in May 2024, during which four valves and the aorta were replaced. Even before this, in August 2024, he experienced a critical condition when his heart unexpectedly stopped during a performance on stage.
Changes in his health condition caused his family and friends to wonder if there had been any poisoning, as toxic substances were found in his body. Lesyk was known not only for his participation in the band "DZIDZIO" but also as the author of the project "LesykSam." The immortal memory of the artist will live on in the hearts of his fans and friends.
