Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson sharply criticizes the "peace plan" for Ukraine proposed by the United States, calling it a "military castration" of the country. In his article for the Daily Mail, he notes that Ukraine is under constant threat of further aggression due to this document, which he believes may have been entirely written in the Kremlin.

Johnson points out that the plan does not provide security guarantees for Ukraine and calls for an immediate review of its terms. "This is a complete capitulation of the peace plan that demonstrates absolute weakness of the West. Protests from Western countries against this plan are utterly insufficient," he emphasized.

In response to Johnson's criticism, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the nation, stating the importance of security guarantees and justice. "Today, it is about more than just detailing certain points of the document, as Ukraine needs to preserve its dignity and independence," the president noted.

Zelensky also emphasized that a search for a "workable" path to peace continues, despite "one of the most difficult moments" in Ukraine's history. The coming days could be decisive for final decisions regarding Ukraine's fate, and illegal demands on the Ukrainian delegation in negotiations cannot be acceptable.

Consultations between the Ukrainian side and international partners continue, as well as with representatives of the United States, who must respond to the proposals outlined in the American "peace plan." Experts note that the rejection of Ukraine's NATO membership and restrictions on foreign military contingents are unacceptable conditions for our country.

And as Ukraine faces such challenges, Johnson calls for an intensification of support from Ukraine's traditional allies.
