The publication "Bloomberg" has released a transcript of the conversation between the US special envoy Steve Witkoff and Russian presidential advisor Yuri Ushakov, which took place on October 14. During the phone call, they discussed the details of preparing the US peace plan, particularly the communication strategy with US President Donald Trump.

According to information obtained from the conversation recording, Witkoff detailedly advised Ushakov on forming an attractive proposal that could elicit a positive response from Trump. He noted that it is important to create a peace plan similar to the "Trump Plan" with 20 points, which was successfully implemented in the context of the Israeli-Palestinian settlement.

During the conversation, Witkoff emphasized the need to discuss with Trump possible formulations that might interest the American president and make him more open to cooperation. "My opinion is this... If we can create an opportunity for dialogue with Trump, it could lead to significant achievements," Witkoff stated.

Witkoff also highlighted that Ukraine could play a key role in this process, as Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky intended to arrive in Kyiv. Witkoff advised Ushakov to discuss the possibility of a phone call between Trump and Putin before the meeting with Zelensky, so that both sides could establish a positive dialogue.

Following these consultations, on October 16, a phone call indeed took place between Trump and Putin. This conversation attracted close attention from news reporters and analysts, as it brought several important topics related to the war in Ukraine to the surface.

Earlier, in early November, there was also a discussion between Witkoff and Dmitriev regarding the transfer of the Russian peace plan project to the Americans in order to present it as an initiative of the United States. These events confirm that international relations in the context of the conflict in Ukraine are becoming increasingly convoluted, and the political strategies of both countries are constantly changing.

Additionally, in recent days, negotiations were held in Washington between representatives of the US and Ukraine, where key elements of the 19-point version of the peace plan supporting Ukraine's sovereignty and leading to a just peace were discussed.
