As part of the "Winter Support-2026" program, Ukrainians are actively submitting applications for payments that help them in difficult times. To date, more than 14 million applications have been submitted through the "Diiа" app, of which 11.5 million are for receiving assistance in the amount of 1,000 UAH.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Yuliia Svyrydenko, reported that the second stage of payments is 6,500 UAH for vulnerable categories of citizens who also receive support under this program. Payments have already been received by 3.5 million Ukrainians, who have managed to spend 473 million UAH.
What are the funds spent on?
It is noted that over 80% of the spent funds are used to pay for utility services. Ukrainians are also using these payments to buy books, medical supplies at pharmacies, and making donations to support the Defense Forces.
How to apply for the payment?
For those who have not yet submitted an application, there is an opportunity to do so until December 24. The application process is very simple: in the "Services" section, you need to select "Winter Support" and click "Start." Then, you should indicate for whom the payment is being arranged - for yourself or a child. When submitting an application for a child, the system will automatically pull up the birth certificate.
This assistance is provided by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine with the participation of JSC "Ukrposhta," the technical administrator of the information system, and banking institutions.
