In addition to strikes on economic targets, Portnikov sees the necessity of creating conditions for the liquidation of Russian aggressors on the territory of Ukraine. We must not give the Russians the opportunity to think they can mobilize people to the end," Portnikov noted.

Portnikov also pointed out that the mobilization potential of Russian forces is limited. "For most Russians, this war is just a TV show. Those who can be mobilized turn out to be insufficient," he said.
