Ukraine's Prime Minister Julia Svyrydenko reported an emergency water supply situation in Irpin and Hostomel as a result of massive rocket attacks by Russian occupiers. Due to a lack of electricity, the municipal enterprise "Irpinvodokanal" is forced to introduce temporary water supply schedules.
Limited Water Supply Schedule
According to the municipal enterprise's report, water will be supplied:
- Morning: from 06:00 to 09:00
- Evening: from 18:00 to 21:30

Julia Svyrydenko, after discussing the issue with the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk, assured that "resources for restoration are available, and appropriate equipment for backup power supply has also been sent to Irpin".
Expert Forecasts
Volodymyr Omelchenko, Director of Energy Programs at the Razumkov Center, warns that significant improvement in the electricity supply is unlikely until the end of winter. According to him, with each bombardment by Russian occupiers, the energy system's condition only worsens.
Sergiy Nagornyak, a member of the parliamentary energy committee, predicts that Ukraine may need from one to one and a half years to fully restore the energy system after large-scale destruction.
