Traditional Easter in the village. The best villages where Easter traditions are preserved

Easter is truly festive in villages that honor traditions. Even if you just join a general service when everyone is dressed in beautiful clothes with baskets. We offer a selection of villages and towns where we recommend booking a house for Easter.

Village of Kosmach

Before the war, a festival "Easter in Kosmach" was held. Despite the fact that the festival is currently on pause, this village remains the capital of Ukrainian Easter eggs. It is here that you can see the famous "orange" Easter egg with a lace pattern. On Easter, the people of Kosmach go to church in the most precious Hutsul outfits — a beauty that you will not forget.

Sheshory

After the service, the youth gather by the Pistin River. Here, interesting patterns of Easter eggs and unique local round dances with special polyphony have been preserved.
