President Zelensky Awards Oleg Lyashko with the Order of Merit at Drone Initiative Presentation

Awarding a Military Officer and Former Parliamentarian

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky awarded Oleg Lyashko the Order of Merit of III degree during the presentation of the initiative to assess the effectiveness of drone units called "E-points".

Currently, Oleg Lyashko is a senior lieutenant and commander of the unmanned systems battalion of the 63rd Separate Mechanized Brigade. During the event, the head of state emphasized the importance of Ukraine's technological leadership during wartime.

Details of the Award

Zelensky stressed: "Ukraine must maintain leadership and win in every technology development cycle. Quickly respond to new challenges and predict the next stages of the technological war".

In addition to Lyashko, the president also awarded Hero of Ukraine titles to drone brigade commanders Oleg "Hassan" Guita and Yuri "Achilles" Fedorenko.
