Verbatim: "The Commission received a resolution from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dated January 14, 2026, which prematurely terminated the powers of people's deputy of Ukraine Dmytro Natalukha, elected in the snap elections on July 21, 2019, in the nationwide multi-mandate electoral district from the party "Servant of the People," due to his personal statement about resigning from his deputy powers."

Details: The CEC reviewed this resolution and recognized Roman Kravets, the next candidate in the list of the political party "Servant of the People" under No. 153, as the new people's deputy of Ukraine.

Reminder: On January 14, the Verkhovna Rada appointed Dmytro Natalukha, head of the parliamentary committee on economic development, as the new head of the State Property Fund.

Reference: The "Chesno" movement reports that in 2024, according to journalists from "Hromadske," Kravets traveled abroad several times, explaining this by the purchase of drones. During these trips, he also met with the sanctioned businessman Seyar Kurshutov and former head of the President's Office Andriy Bohdan. Roman Kravets was removed from military registration during his stay abroad.

Furthermore, the media reported that Kravets may be the administrator of the pro-government Telegram channel "Joker."

Journalists from "Forbes" obtained Kravets' phone number and verified it using the Getcontact service, which showed that this number is saved in contacts under the name "Roma Kravets Joker" and similar variations.

Journalists from "Hromadske" also found out that Kravets runs the Telegram channel "Joker" and actively collaborates with the President's Office. During the full-scale invasion, he traveled abroad at least five times, moving around Kyiv in a convoy under the protection of the SBU. Meanwhile, his wealth increased.

In 2015, according to "Hromadske," Kravets assisted Hennadiy Korban during the by-elections to parliament in the 205 electoral district (Chernihiv), where he competed against Serhiy Berezenko. These elections became an example of dirty tactics, as both main candidates actively engaged in voter bribery, distributing food packages and other material goods.
