The customer for its construction was Raimund Yarosz – the director of the joint-stock company "Truskavets Springs", a person who made the resort well-known far beyond Halychyna during the interwar period. The project was developed by architect Jan Semkovych.

Villa Postiy
Address: Kobzar Square, 5

Villa Postiy is the oldest preserved resort villa in Truskavets, built as far back as 1843. Originally, it served as a hotel for vacationers and was associated with the name of Count Zholt Kovsky, one of the early owners of the resort. It was from such buildings that Truskavets began as a place for visitors long before mass sanatoriums appeared.

In 1911, the villa was purchased by the joint-stock company "Truskavets Springs" under the management of Raimund Yarosz, after which it was rebuilt according to the needs of the resort. At different times, it housed hotel rooms, a post office, sanatoriums, and residential buildings.

Today, the villa is known as the "Villa Victoria" hotel, but its historical volume and location remain unchanged. The villa is located in the very center, making it easy to incorporate into a walk.
Adamivka Park
Address: Borislavskaya Street, 1

Adamivka Park is the largest and oldest green zone in Truskavets, founded in 1895 as part of the resort infrastructure. It was created not as a city park "for entertainment," but as a space for daily walks for vacationers undergoing treatment. The name is associated with Count Adam Sapeha, one of the patrons of the resort's development in the late 19th century.

The park is designed in the English landscape style: without symmetry, with highly winding alleys, natural relief, and wooded areas. It was here that the walking routes of vacationers began to emerge, and mineral water pumps operated on the premises – including historical springs "Yuzia," "Ferdinand," "Edward," "Bronislava."

Theatrical Tour

Theatrical tours in Truskavets are a format in which the culture and history of the city are presented through the live performance of actors, rather than boring lectures by a guide. Participants get to know the resort's past through characters from different eras: from vacationers of the 19th century to residents of interwar Truskavets.

The tour takes place in the format of a walking tour of the city, with dialogues, scenes, and audience participation. It is not a classic route "from point to point" but rather a live script that unfolds right on the streets.

There is no need to "focus on dates," all information is easy to perceive. It’s an ideal solution for those who want to learn about the city in an unconventional way, without boring lectures and with elements of play.
- The tour takes place every Thursday, starting at 6:30 PM.

Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary
Address: Sukhovolya Street, 1

The Roman Catholic Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is one of the oldest spiritual objects of Truskavets, whose appearance is directly related to the formation of the resort in the 19th century. At that time, the local Roman Catholic community was small and belonged to the Drohobych parish, but numerous guests of the resort wanted to have their own temple.

For this reason, in 1858, a chapel was built at the expense of the vacationers according to the project of Adolf Koun and under the supervision of architect Adam Bersky.

It was not until 1994 that the temple was returned to the Roman Catholic community, after which the restoration ended with a re-consecration in 2002. In 2014, a ceramic monument to Pope John Paul II was opened near the church, becoming one of the symbolic parts of this historical site.
