Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the appointment of Serhiy Kyslytsya, former first deputy minister of foreign affairs, to the position of first deputy head of the Presidential Office.

During a meeting, Zelenskyy personally shared details of the appointment: "We discussed areas of diplomatic work and opportunities to enhance communication with partners at the highest level, developing bilateral cooperation and synchronization with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs system".

Functional Responsibilities

According to the president, Serhiy Kyslytsya will continue work in the negotiation process, maintaining his diplomatic experience and expertise.

This appointment takes place against the backdrop of large-scale personnel changes in Ukrainian government, which previously affected the leadership of the Presidential Office and other government structures.
