Radio Station History

UVB-76 is a military radio station created in the 1970s. It is known for its mysterious signals and encrypted messages. Experts suggest its possible connection to the strategic nuclear deterrence system "Perimeter".

Context of Events

The day before, on December 29th, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov accused Ukraine of attacking Putin's residence. President Zelensky called these statements another lie by the Russian authorities.
