Russian troops carried out another powerful missile strike on Kharkiv, resulting in 31 people being injured, including an infant. Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported this.
According to preliminary data, the enemy attacked the central part of the city, hitting a residential multi-apartment building in the Kyiv district. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy clarified that the strike was carried out with two missiles.
Attack Details
As a result of the shelling, a commercial and office building and part of the entrance to a four-story residential building were destroyed. Rescuers retrieved 12 people from the rubble.

Earlier that day, the city suffered a massive attack on critical infrastructure. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported strikes on the thermal power plant, boiler houses, and the city's transportation system.
