Russian troops committed another terrorist act by launching a missile strike on the central part of Kharkiv. According to preliminary data from Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Synehubov, 19 people were injured in the bombing.

Missile Strike Details

According to Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor Amyl Omarov, Russian occupiers used Iskander-type missiles to attack a residential area of the city. The strike directly hit a multi-story residential building in the city center.

Casualties of the Bombing

Among the injured are a 6-month-old infant and people of various ages ranging from 20 to 79 years old. Oleh Synehubov reported that almost all victims suffered explosive wounds and glass fragment injuries. One of the injured is in critical condition.

Government Reaction

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the event, calling it another act of terrorism. "The enemy struck the center of Kharkiv... A residential multi-story building in the Kyiv district of the city. Preliminary information indicates casualties and significant destruction," the head of state stated.

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha expects a tough international response to this terrorist act and emphasized the need to increase pressure on Moscow.

Rescue services are working at the site, and search operations are ongoing. People may be trapped under the rubble.
