First Trilateral Negotiations to De-escalate the Conflict
On Saturday in Abu Dhabi, important negotiations took place involving delegations from Ukraine, the US, and Russia, during which the parties discussed possible ways to de-escalate the military conflict.
Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov led the Ukrainian delegation. American mediators held joint meetings with Ukrainian and Russian negotiators and organized bilateral talks between the delegations.
