The Pension Fund of Ukraine summed up the results of social payments for December 2025, reporting successful financing totaling 87.1 billion hryvnias.

As of December 31, the agency financed the following payments:

  • Pension payments: 68.5 billion UAH, of which:
    • 8.8 billion UAH - through Ukrposhta JSC
    • 59.7 billion UAH - through authorized banks
  • Housing subsidies and benefits: 4.3 billion UAH
  • Insurance payments: 3.3 billion UAH, including 2.1 billion UAH for sick leave
  • State aid and other payments: 10.9 billion UAH

During December, Pension Fund offices provided 1.527 million services to citizens who sought consultations and payment processing.

Social payment financing in January 2026 began on January 1, ensuring timely receipt of funds by Ukrainians at the beginning of the new year.

Important Information about Identification

The PFU emphasizes that citizens who did not complete physical identification by December 31, 2025, are not deprived of their right to pension or insurance payments. Even in case of temporary suspension of accruals, they can be restored in 2026 after completing the necessary procedure.
