The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, confirmed that President Volodymyr Zelensky will not sign any document stating the abandonment of Ukrainian territories. According to Yermak, as long as Zelensky holds the presidency, such concessions from the Ukrainian side should not be expected.

In an interview that Yermak gave to journalist Simon Shuster of "The Atlantic," he noted: "As long as Zelensky is president, no one should expect that we will abandon territory. He will not sign a document about abandoning territory. The Constitution prohibits this."

Yermak emphasized that no reasonable person would sign a document on territorial concessions today. "All we can realistically talk about now is determining the line of confrontation, where the border should be drawn that separates the territories controlled by the warring parties," he stated.

It was also announced today that joint work between the U.S. and Ukrainian delegations will continue at the end of this week, however, details of the negotiation format are not yet disclosed. The main goal remains to determine the line that separates the controlled territories.

This statement by Yermak is significant for the international community and reflects Ukraine's clear position in the foreign ministry's negotiations regarding peace in Ukraine. Today, more than ever, it is important to maintain the integrity of our country's territory.
