Another interesting novelty from the Estonian brand for users who need a compact wireless mouse with excellent functionality. What is the purpose of the display, how easy is it to connect to three devices, and do the left and right click buttons truly work quietly as promised by the manufacturer? Let's take a closer look.

Packaging and Contents
This model of the mouse comes with a long cable for charging the built-in battery, a USB receiver, and the necessary warranty and user documentation. The receiver is securely fastened in its compartment. It won't fall out even if you shake the mouse.

It is especially worth noting the length of the charging cable. This is understandable – the REAL-EL RM-481W supports pass-through charging.

All this comes in a compact cardboard box with the manufacturer's branded design. The design combines orange, black, red, and other shades, a detailed illustration of the product, and numerous technical specifications.

Design, Materials, and Build Quality Impressions
The REAL-EL RM-481W demonstrates how successfully to "refresh" a familiar design at first glance with new color solutions. I'm not claiming that this is an absolutely unique solution, but the combination of light green with dark green looks very stylish, fresh, and interesting. If you're looking for something like "classics with a new face," the REAL-EL RM-481W has something to offer.

The REAL-EL RM-481W is also a symmetrical model. The advantage of this is that it can be used by both right and left-handed users. The adaptation for left-handers is minimal; the manufacturer has taken care of this.
The mouse is lightweight and comfortable – long sessions do not cause fatigue, making work comfortable. I can personally confirm this.

The body of the REAL-EL RM-481W is mostly made of plastic. This material is resistant to external influences, deformation, and other factors. The body also looks very neat and even artistic – it has something that attracts attention from the moment you take it out of the box. So, plastic is king here!
The closest "assistants" to this "king" are Teflon and metal, though the latter is minimal: bordering the Type-C port at the front. The Teflon serves as the feet on the bottom panel.

As for the build quality, there are no questions here. This indicates a clear understanding of what a modern wireless mouse should be.

Ergonomics
Next, let's look at the user comfort. First, the symmetrical body provides comfort regardless of whether you are right or left-handed.
Regarding the right/left click buttons, their stroke in the REAL-EL RM-481W is indeed silent. This feature is a significant advantage of the model, considering that most of the time working with a mouse consists of clicking these buttons.

The scroll wheel is convenient — its movement and grip are intuitive from the get-go.

Next — the display. Its presence is worth noting, as even a small screen provides better data communication than any LED indication. The display shows the current battery level and DPI. This is really convenient, as I constantly forget to check the charge. Even if I fail to connect the REAL-EL RM-481W for charging in time, I can do so while continuing to work. More details about this in the next section. Stay tuned!

Connection and Battery Life
Another important feature of the REAL-EL RM-481W is the ability to connect to three devices. Two connections are made via Bluetooth, and the third is through a USB receiver. The algorithm is simple, even if it's your first experience with this type. The switch on the central panel allows you to choose one of the two connection options, after which you need to perform some simple mechanical actions. There is a second button for switching between connected devices; the LED will indicate which device is connected.

Regarding battery life, the REAL-EL RM-481W has a built-in battery, which I personally find more convenient than "AA" batteries. It has a good capacity – details can be found in the specifications table above. The system supports pass-through charging. If you forgot to charge it (though this is hard to forget, since the charge level is displayed on the screen), you can connect the mouse to a USB port on a PC or laptop and continue working. Agreed, this is an important advantage! The mouse lasts a long time on a single charge. In two and a half weeks of testing, there was no need to recharge before returning it to the REAL-EL representation. The working day lasted about five hours.

Short Conclusions
The REAL-EL RM-481W is undoubtedly one of the best wireless mice I have encountered. Its excellent symmetrical design and interesting combination of shades create a unique look for the model, plus its outstanding functionality... The result will surely satisfy even the most demanding users.
The cost of the REAL-EL RM-481W is 649 hryvnias.
