Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has disclosed alarming intelligence information about potential Russian attacks on critical energy facilities of the state. According to the report from the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate Oleh Ivashchenko, Russia is preparing strikes on Ukrainian nuclear power plants and electricity transmission substations.

According to the head of state, intelligence does not detect any readiness of Russia to stop the war or fulfill any agreements. Instead, there is substantial information about preparations for further strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, including nuclear energy facilities.

Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine will share the received information with countries that can influence the aggressor. "Ukraine is maximally constructive in diplomacy, Russia is focused only on strikes and humiliation of people," the president stated.
