Nova Poshta has informed about the specifics of its branches' operation before and during the New Year holidays. The company has detailed the customer service schedule for the pre-holiday and holiday periods.
Work Schedule Before and During Holidays
According to the Nova Poshta press service, branches will operate in normal mode until December 30 inclusive. Further, the following changes are planned:
- December 31, 2025: shortened working day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- January 1, 2026: day off for branches
- From January 2, 2026: return to standard work schedule
Additional Opportunities
Even during holiday days, customers will be able to send and receive parcels through postal terminals. The company recommends checking the current schedule of a specific branch on the official Nova Poshta website before visiting.
In Kyiv, most branches traditionally operate from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays and from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekends.
"May all parcels reach their people in time, and the holidays be warm and peaceful," the company's press service noted.
