"Nova Poshta" and "Ukrposhta" published the working schedules of their branches during the Christmas and New Year holidays. Both companies urge clients to plan shipments and parcel deliveries in advance to avoid inconveniences.

"Nova Poshta" Working Schedule

"Nova Poshta" branches will work according to the following schedule:

  • December 24 and 25 - regular schedule
  • December 31 - working day until 17:00
  • January 1 - day off

The company noted that the working schedule of individual branches may differ depending on location. Clients can check the current schedule for each specific branch on the company's official website.

"Ukrposhta" Working Hours

JSC "Ukrposhta" also announced its holiday schedule. According to the company's general director Igor Smilyansky, branches will work:

  • December 24 and 25 - standard schedule
  • December 31 - shortened working day until 16:00
  • January 1 - day off for all branches
  • From January 2 - resumption of work in regular mode

Important Reminders for Clients

"Ukrposhta" management reminds that December 24 is the last day for submitting applications under the "Winter Support" program. More than 1.7 million Ukrainians have already used this opportunity through "Ukrposhta".

Also continuing is the last week of subscription to the philatelic subscription for 2026. This week the last stamp of the year will be released - a Christmas one, which will be special.

Delivery Situation in Regions

In Odesa region, possible delays in parcel delivery due to shelling and logistical problems. The biggest delays are expected in the direction of Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky, Reni and Izmail. Meanwhile, branches operate in regular mode, and pensions and social payments are delivered on time.

We remind that in Ukraine December 25, 2025 remains a working day due to the martial law, which has been extended at least until February 3, 2026.
