Preconditions and Threat

This attack has become part of a large-scale series of strikes by Russian military forces aimed at damaging Ukraine's critical infrastructure. According to military analysts, the use of missiles and strike drones is intended to destabilize the situation and intimidate civilians.

Certain districts of the capital have already experienced disruptions in electricity and water supply. Authorities are urging residents to be cautious and to follow safety measures.
