According to the company "DTEK," emergency outages have been applied in the Left Bank of the capital by order of the NEC "Ukrenergo." It is noted that hourly outage schedules are currently not in effect, and consumers are not warned about the duration and timing of the outages.
Emergency outages have also affected other regions, particularly in Poltava, Sumy, and Kharkiv oblasts. "Poltavaoblenergo" confirms the introduction of emergency outages in Poltava region, while in Sumy, emergency outage schedules have been activated.

It is known that on the night of November 25, Russia launched a massive attack on energy facilities in Kyiv, Odesa, Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions. The result of the strikes left over 100,000 subscribers without electricity.
