The National Bank of Ukraine announced the new official exchange rates for December 3. It is noted that the US dollar depreciated by 1 kopeck, while the euro exchange rate decreased by 13 kopecks. The official rate for today is as follows:

  • 1 US dollar – 42.33 UAH
  • 1 euro – 49.18 UAH
  • 1 Polish zloty – 11.60 UAH

Analyzing the previous days, it can be stated that in the last week of autumn, the dollar to hryvnia exchange rate experienced significant fluctuations. The highest selling price was recorded at 42.70 UAH, which is 30 kopecks higher than the previous week, while the lowest was 42.35 UAH (+22 kopecks).

On December 4, the National Bank of Ukraine plans to strengthen the hryvnia against the dollar, setting the rate at 42.20 UAH per dollar, according to official data. However, the hryvnia weakened against the euro, which will be at 49.23 UAH/euro.

On the interbank market, the hryvnia to dollar quotation is 42.17/42.20 UAH, while against the euro it is 49.20/49.21 UAH.

In Ukraine, the dollar and euro exchange rates on December 3, according to "minfin.com.ua," are as follows:

  • US dollar: buying - 42.10 UAH, selling - 42.55 UAH
  • Euro: buying - 48.90 UAH, selling - 49.50 UAH

The average cash exchange rate at exchange offices allows purchasing a US dollar for 42.25 UAH, and a euro for 49.15 UAH.

Experts warn that in December, the dollar may rise to 45 UAH, urging citizens to carefully assess the situation before buying currency.
