Ukrainian Forces Repel 264 Russian Assaults in One Day, with Fierce Fighting Near Pokrovsk

Throughout yesterday, Russian troops carried out two missile strikes and 96 air strikes, using nine missiles and 317 guided bombs. They also activated 8,884 kamikaze drones and fired upon settlements and positions of Ukrainian defenders 3,028 times, including 50 times with multiple launch rocket systems.

Aviation, missile troops, and artillery of the defense forces destroyed 19 Russian military objects, including a drone control point, a command post, and 17 concentration areas for personnel.

In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, Ukrainian defenders successfully repelled one enemy assault. Russian troops in this part of the front dropped three guided bombs and fired upon the positions of defenders and settlements 77 times, including once using multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, our defense forces successfully repelled 11 enemy attacks. The occupiers attempted to advance their positions in the areas of Starytsia and Lyman, as well as towards Izbytske, Volokhivka, and Okhrimivka.

In the Kupiansk direction, the invaders launched three attacks on Kupiansk, Podoliv, and Kurylivka.

In the Lyman direction, Russian troops conducted 20 attacks in the areas of Lyman, Stavky, Dibrova, and Ozerne, as well as towards Olhivka, Novy Svit, Novomykhailivka, Yampol, Shyikivka, Novoselivka, and Drobysheve. All their attempts to break through the defense were successfully repelled.

In the Slavansk direction, the Russian army made 20 attacks in the areas of Kryvyi Rih, Zakitne, and Riznykivka, as well as towards Pyskunivka and Rai-Oleksandrivka.

In the Kramatorsk direction, the enemy conducted five attacks towards Yurkivka, Dibrova, Tykhonivka, and Malynivka.

In the Konstantynivka direction, the enemy made 18 attacks, storming the areas of Konstantynivka and Illinivka.

In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders successfully stopped 32 enemy attacks. The invaders showed activity in the zones of Novooleksandrivka and Bilytske, attempting assaults towards Shakhove, Toretsk, Novy Shakhove, Novopavlivka, Kucherovyi Yar, Vilya, Myrne, Vasylivka, Shevchenka, Novy Donbas, Pavlivka, Kotlyne, Novohryshyne, and Udačne.

In the Oleksandrivka and Dniprovsk directions, the occupiers did not conduct active attacks during the day.

In the Huliaipole direction, the enemy launched 15 attacks, trying to advance towards Verkhnia Terza, Vozdvizhivka, Krynychne, Ternuvatyi, Hirkyi, Staroukrainka, Tsvitkove, and Charivne.

In the Orikhiv direction, defense forces stopped three attempts of the invaders to advance towards Shcherbaky and Lukianivske.

In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of offensive groups of the occupiers were observed.

As reported, during the day the defense forces eliminated 1,590 Russian invaders.
