As a result of shelling carried out by the occupiers on Kupiansk and surrounding areas, one person was killed and another was injured.

Details: According to the investigation, on January 28 at around 15:00 in the village of Khatne, which is part of the Velykoburlutsk community, a 47-year-old local resident was killed as a result of an FPV drone attack.
In addition, on January 27 at around 18:30, the Russian armed forces carried out an airstrike on Kupiansk, resulting in injuries to a 79-year-old woman.
The prosecutor's office noted that pre-trial investigations related to war crimes have been initiated regarding these incidents.
