From midnight on January 29, DTEK is transitioning to a new system of temporary power supply schedules for Kyiv, which will be individualized for each house.
Features of New Schedules
According to the energy company, the schedules will be fundamentally different from previous ones:
- Schedules will be uneven across different districts
- They are not tied to usual queues (1.1, 1.2, etc.)
- Each house will have a unique individual schedule
How to Find Out the Schedule
Kyiv residents can check the power outage time for their house through:
- DTEK Chat-bot
- Official company website
The company warned about possible delays up to 5 minutes when checking schedules due to high load.
Reasons for Changes
The decision is related to the difficult situation in the energy system and risks of new Russian attacks. According to DTEK representatives, the goal is to ensure more stable electricity supply for Kyiv residents.
