The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, commented on the recent statements of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, who claimed that "for a hundred years, Ukraine will not be able to become a member of the EU." Sybiha noted that Orbán is exaggerating his influence on Ukraine's Euro-integration process.

Details: Sybiha commented on Orbán's statements, who spoke about a "secret plan of the European Commission" regarding support for Ukraine and its EU membership and expressed the opinion that in Hungary, in the next 100 years, "there will be no parliament that will vote for Ukraine's accession to the EU."
"Your plan is doomed to failure, Mr. Prime Minister. Your hopes for Moscow will not last 100 years, even if you are willing to give everything for it. When Ukraine becomes a member of the EU, we will hang this headline in a frame in the Verkhovna Rada to remember your lies for the next century," Sybiha emphasized.
Reminder:
The President of the European Commission noted that the EU and the USA are nearing an agreement on a "prosperity plan" for Ukraine, which is based on five main pillars: productivity, integration of Ukraine into the EU market, investments, donor assistance, and reforms.
