According to Mayor Vitaliy Klychko, an air raid alert was announced at 23:26. Approximately 15 drones were detected over Kyiv.
Attack Consequences
The attack damaged residential buildings in several city districts:
- Desnianskyi District: UAV hit on the roof of an 18-story building
- Darnytskyi District: drone falling into a residential house yard
- Pechersk District: partial damage to the facade of a nine-story building
- Dniprovskyi District: fire in an uninhabited premises
Authorities' Comments
Vitaliy Klychko emphasized: "No fires or casualties have been recorded so far. Rescue services are working."
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy had previously warned about the possibility of a massive Russian strike.
