Ihor Kolomoisky, a Ukrainian businessman and former chairman of the supervisory board of "PrivatBank," has announced court hearings, inviting journalists and citizens to witness the proceedings. The hearings will take place on December 8 and 9 in Kyiv, where Kolomoisky, according to his statements, is ready to answer questions from those present.
The first hearing will take place on December 8 at 14:00 in the Podil District Court at the address: Khoryva Street, 21. The case regarding potential damages caused to "PrivatBank" and the company "Ukrnafta" will be considered here. The case will be presided over by Judge L.M. Kazmyrenko.
The second hearing is scheduled for December 9 at 13:15 in the Shevchenkivskyi District Court, at the address: Dethgyarivska Street, 31A. This hearing pertains to a criminal case regarding alleged incitement to an attack that occurred in 2003. The judicial panel considering this case consists of judges O.A. Lytvyn, O.P. Khardyna, and O.V. Meleshak.
Kolomoisky's lawyer, Oleksandr Lysak, confirmed that the businessman is open to communication with journalists and representatives of the public. "Ihor Valeriyovych will be happy to see each and every one, and will be ready to answer questions as far as possible," noted Lysak.
Kolomoisky's cases have gained significant attention, especially in relation to the decision of the High Court of London, which ordered the businessman and Hennadiy Boholyubov to pay "PrivatBank" over $3 billion in damages. This decision is being appealed, and the case continues to remain at the center of public attention.
