Today, December 11, rolling power outage schedules have been implemented across Ukraine due to the effects of massive Russian attacks on the energy system. According to data from "Ukrenergo," Ukrainians, including residents of Kremenchuk, may be left without electricity for up to 12 hours a day.

Reasons for Power Outages

The main reason for the restrictions is the consequences of missile and drone attacks, which have significantly impacted the country's energy infrastructure. According to Vitaliy Zaichenko, chairman of "Ukrenergo," by the end of the week, it is planned to implement three shifts of hourly power outages in most regions.

Situation in Different Regions

In Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, and Poltava regions, residents will face a similar situation. For example, in Kyiv, the schedule includes three outages during the day, leading to over 10 hours without electricity.

In Dnipropetrovsk region, one of the schedules will involve power outages up to 4 times a day. Kremenchuk, like other populated areas, will have to adapt to the new conditions, particularly in industry, to reduce electricity consumption.

Impact on the Population

Such measures may cause some inconveniences for the population, but are currently necessary to stabilize the energy system. Officials assure that they are doing everything possible to minimize the negative impact on consumers.

It is important for Ukrainians to adapt to the new conditions by following the recommendations of energy workers and being able to plan their day in response to these outages.
