On the official page of "PJSC Ternopiloblenergo," it was announced that the region has been operating on an emergency outage schedule since 08:21. This occurred due to massive shelling of Ukraine's energy facilities by Russia.
According to the information provided by the Ternopil Regional Military Administration, as of 8:25, over 280,000 consumers remain without power. In addition, in Ternopil, the facilities of "Ternopilvodokanal" have been halted due to the power outage, leading to a temporary suspension of centralized water supply. "We are connecting facilities to backup power sources. This will take some time," stated the "Ternopilvodokanal" message.
