A catastrophic situation has arisen in Pavlohrad, Dnipropetrovsk region, following a drone attack by Russian forces the night before. The city has been left completely without electricity, and water supply has been suspended.

According to information from the press service of the Pavlohrad Executive Committee, the electricity supply was interrupted due to an emergency situation resulting from the shelling. Energy workers are already working to identify the causes and the degree of complexity of the damages.

Situation in the City

As a result of a powerful explosion that occurred in the city around 19:17, power went out across Pavlohrad. The heating plants that supply heat to the city have also suspended operations due to the lack of electricity. Hospitals have taken necessary measures and shifted their operations to alternative energy sources to ensure emergency medical care.

Water Supply and Schedule

The municipal enterprise "Pavlohradvodokanal" reported that the water supply will be suspended at 22:00 until electricity is restored. After restoration, a water supply schedule is expected from 6:00 to 10:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00 until normal service is resumed.

Recall that on November 23, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with drones, launching 98 attacking drones, of which air defense forces managed to shoot down 69.

Shelling of Ukraine and blackouts have become a common occurrence due to the intensification of strikes on energy infrastructure. Residents of Pavlohrad hope for a quick restoration of electricity and water supply to their homes.
