Calls for energy conservation
Ukrainians are urged to continue saving electricity. Experts emphasize that the duration of outages can be reduced with proper resource management. According to Volodymyr Omelianenko, director of energy programs at the Razumkov Center, the situation in Kyiv is caused by both local and general situational factors.
In connection with the events related to the shelling of Ukraine's energy infrastructure by the Russian Federation, electricity outages in the regions may change according to the situation at the front.
