Traditionally, on this day, women engage in light handicrafts, such as embroidery, as it is believed that finished patterns become talismans. It is forbidden to perform heavy physical labor, such as digging or cleaning, to avoid attracting misfortune.

  • It is not recommended to quarrel or use foul language.
  • Traveling long distances is prohibited, as it is believed that roads are dangerous on this day.
  • One should not sleep until noon; it is better to dedicate time to prayers.
