The Ukraine biathlon team has announced the lineup for the first race of the World Cup biathlon season 2025/26. This opening race will take place in the Swedish city of Östersund, and the team will be represented by four participants in the women's relay.
The coaching staff of the Ukraine women's national team officially confirmed that the following athletes will compete in the race: Valeriya Dmytrenko, Kristyna Dmytrenko, Olena Horodna, and Oleksandra Merkusina. This race will be a debut for Valeriya Dmytrenko in the World Cup, adding special interest to the event.
Date and Location of the Race
The women's relay in Östersund will take place on the weekend of November 29th, with the race scheduled to start at 14:15 Kyiv time.
