The local authorities of Nizhyn are actively working on implementing new initiatives aimed at improving the lives of the community residents. Today, during a press conference, the mayor Oleksandr Kodola presented the development plan for social infrastructure for the year 2024.
In particular, as part of the "Public Budget" program, funding is planned for educational projects, park renovations, and improvement of public spaces. "We strive for our residents to have the opportunity to live in a comfortable environment where children can learn and adults can relax," emphasized Oleksandr Kodola.
Main development directions
Among the key initiatives presented are the creation of new playgrounds, upgrading the water supply system, and modernizing public transport. The development program also includes more active involvement of residents in the decision-making process through public hearings.
