Details: The French president noted that the "coalition of the determined" continues to work on ensuring a fair and lasting peace that will provide security for Ukraine and Europe.

"We discussed the progress of the negotiations that began last week in Abu Dhabi. We reached a common conclusion that Europeans must be actively involved in discussions concerning their interests," Macron emphasized.

He also noted that France remains committed to increasing pressure on Russia until it agrees to peace negotiations.

"We are working on new sanctions at the European level and will continue efforts aimed at limiting the activities of the 'shadow fleet,'" added the French president.

Macron also condemned the recent attack on a passenger train in the Kharkiv region, calling it unacceptable.

He emphasized that France firmly condemns Russia's strikes against civilians and energy infrastructure. "Given the urgency of the situation, we are mobilizing resources. As a result of the G7+ meeting, co-chaired by France, generators will be sent to Ukraine to assist the population during the winter period," Macron noted.
