YASNO's CEO Sergiy Kovalenko announced the transition of Kyiv to updated temporary electricity supply schedules, which will take effect from 00:00 on January 29.
According to Kovalenko, the new schedules fundamentally differ from previous stabilization schemes and will allow Kyiv residents to at least somewhat plan their time. "The schedule will be available on the YASNO and DTEK Kyiv Electrical Networks websites," the manager noted.
Key Changes
- Previous queues are no longer relevant
- Partial planning has become possible
- Schedules do not mean complete system restoration
Kovalenko emphasized that energy workers continue restoration work on the system after Russian shelling, which caused extensive infrastructure damage.
