Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees on appointing new heads of four regional state administrations. Among them is Natalia Zabolotna, who will lead the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration.
In his traditional video address, the head of state reported that documents for the new regional leaders have already been prepared. "Today, documents for the new leaders of four regions have been prepared. I have signed these decrees," Zelenskyy noted.

- Dnipropetrovsk RSA – Oleksandr Hanzha
- Poltava RSA – Vitalii Diakivnych
- Chernivtsi RSA – Ruslan Osypenko
The President emphasized that the new leaders will be introduced in their respective regions soon. "We have also agreed on the candidate for the Ternopil region today. And overall, we will continue to make personnel decisions," Zelenskyy added.
Recall that on January 6, Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko informed about submitting proposals to the president regarding the appointment of new heads of these four regional administrations.
