Today, February 7, 2026, in the Lviv region, particularly in the settlements of Dobrotvir and Staryi Dobrotvir, the supply of water and electricity has been restored after yet another missile strike by Russian troops.

The head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, Maksym Kozytskyi, reported that as a result of the attack that took place in the morning, critical infrastructure facilities in the region were damaged, leaving over 600,000 people without electricity. Air defense forces downed several drones and at least two missiles, but damage still occurred.

Kozytskyi urged residents to be prepared for possible power outages due to targeted attacks on energy facilities. “Charge essential devices,” he said, warning about the likely duration of the outages.

Those affected by the missile strikes are now receiving support from relevant services for critical infrastructure. In the village of Staryi Dobrotvir, unfortunately, there were also fires in a residential building. Rescuers have already extinguished the fire, but there are no details yet about victims and injuries.

After today’s attack, all relevant services are working to restore electricity and water supply for local residents who have lost access to important utilities.
