In Ukraine, on December 3, there will be hourly electricity outages due to missile and drone attacks by Russia on energy facilities. As reported by the company "Ukrenergo," consumption limitation schedules will be implemented in all regions of Ukraine.
The power outages will last from 00:00 to 23:59 according to a schedule where the scope of shutdowns can range from 0.5 to 3 shifts depending on the situation in the energy system. Less intensive outage schedules are also provided for industrial consumers.
Electricity Outage Schedules by Region
The company "DTEK" has already published specific outage schedules for various regions, including:
- Kyiv: the total duration of electricity shutdowns will be up to 7 hours.
- Dnipropetrovsk Region: electricity will be turned off for periods of up to 9 hours depending on the shift.
- Odesa Region: in this area, the longest electricity shutdown will last up to 9.5 hours.
The situation in Ukraine's energy system remains complicated due to recent massive attacks that have already left numerous regions without electricity, including the Odesa, Donetsk, and Kharkiv regions.
