Situation Context
DTEK CEO Maksym Tymchenko previously emphasized that this winter will be the most challenging for Ukrainians since the start of the full-scale invasion. The Ukrainian energy system is experiencing a lack of backup power systems and limited time for restoration.
Daily Russian strikes on critical energy infrastructure continue to create challenges for stable electricity supply.
